The Kavanagh Court student residence occupies a corner site at the junction of Gardiner Street and Summerhill. The seven storey residence provides accommodation for 491 students with bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms contained within 88 self-contained ‘house units’ of varying sizes. The main entrance to the residence is on Gardiner Street where students are invited through to the landscaped courtyard via a double height gateway.
